LuminaMesh is built and maintained by a single independent developer, not a company. If something's broken, inaccurate, or missing, the fastest way to get it fixed is to say so directly.

Before you write in about a conversion or repair issue

To get a faster answer on a tool problem, include if you can:

• Which tool (STEP Converter or Wall Thickener) and roughly what the file looked like (single part vs. multi-body assembly, approximate triangle/vertex count)
• Your browser and operating system
• Whether the issue is the conversion/analysis itself, or the exported file behaving unexpectedly in your slicer

Files themselves don't need to be attached by default — LuminaMesh is built so your models never leave your device, and that's worth preserving even when asking for help. If a file is genuinely needed to reproduce a bug, we'll ask for it directly.
